Delete your data

You can permanently delete your TOLET account and everything associated with it. This cannot be undone.

Fastest way, delete it yourself in the app

  1. Open the TOLET app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login (phone number)
  • Your profile and name
  • Every board (listing) you posted, including its photos, rent, location and visiting details
  • The view and call counts on your boards
  • Any ownership / KYC documents you uploaded
  • Reports you filed and any call feedback you gave

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We keep no personal copy tied to you afterwards; anonymous, aggregate counts that cannot identify you may remain. Where the law requires us to retain certain records (for example, to handle fraud or abuse), we keep only the minimum for as long as required and then delete it.
