Use of the service
Use TOLET only for lawful rental discovery, property posting, verification, reporting, and related communication.
Do not post false listings, impersonate owners, scrape the service, spam renters, misuse phone numbers, or interfere with app security.
Listings and calls
Listing information may come from owners, renters, or field observations of physical boards. We do not guarantee that a property is available, legal, suitable, or accurately priced.
Renters should verify property details, ownership, payment terms, documents, and safety before paying anyone.
Moderation
We may hide, edit, reject, pause calls, or remove listings and accounts when we suspect fraud, abuse, stale information, illegal content, or policy violations.
Limitation
TOLET is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for rental disputes, payments, offline meetings, or losses caused by third parties.
