We collect only what is needed to run map-based rental discovery, phone sign-in, owner posting, moderation, and support.
Information we collect
Phone number, profile name, listing details, approximate listing coordinates, uploaded verification documents, reports, call/reveal events, and basic device/session data.
If you use “my location,” the browser asks permission. We use that location to center the map; we do not need to store your live location for normal browsing.
How we use it
To sign you in, show relevant boards, help owners manage listings, detect stale or abusive boards, review KYC/ownership signals, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Phone numbers may be revealed for legitimate renter-owner contact. We may share information when required by law, to prevent abuse, or with vendors that help operate the service.
Choices
You can update your name, close your listings, deny browser location permission, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
